Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and de777 ("de777", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the de777 website located at https://de777.io, including all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

Definitions

Eligibility and Registration

If at any point it is determined that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, any winnings accumulated during the period of underage play will be forfeited, and any Real Money Funds deposited may be returned at de777's discretion pending review.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the de777 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if it changes. de777 is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

3.4 Identity Verification. de777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the Service, including at the time of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Accepted documents include government-issued national identification cards, passports, and utility bills. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of access to funds pending resolution.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions. de777 is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. de777 makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or lawfully available in locations outside its intended market.

Account Management

4.1 Credentials and Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your de777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. de777 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. 4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. de777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts and to close accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

4.4 Non-Transferability. Your de777 Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. de777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). de777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard. de777 may impose additional transaction limits based on account verification status or risk assessment.

5.5 Prohibited Payment Sources. You must only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. 5.6 Withdrawal to Deposit Method. de777 follows a return-to-source withdrawal policy where practicable. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn to the Player's nominated payment method subject to verification.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by de777 are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between bonus-specific terms and these Terms, the more specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable bonus terms, all bonus funds awarded by de777 carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are detailed in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. de777 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion, will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

6.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions. de777 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion, withdraw a promotion, or cancel a Player's participation in a promotion at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, technical error, or other circumstances deemed appropriate by de777 at its sole discretion. Players affected by a cancellation will be notified where practicable.

6.5 Promotion Eligibility. Players must have a verified account in good standing to be eligible for most promotions. de777 may exclude Players from specific promotions based on playing history, account status, geographic location, or other criteria at its discretion.

Betting Rules and Sportsbook

7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the de777 sportsbook are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. de777 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player.

7.2 Odds and Markets. de777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any betting market at any time, including after a bet has been placed, if there are grounds to do so (including but not limited to: suspicion of match manipulation, data feed errors, or regulatory requirements). Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.3 In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are available for eligible events including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other scheduled fixtures. Odds during in-play betting are updated in real time. de777 may delay bet acceptance or void in-play bets in the event of connectivity issues or data feed failures.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. de777 imposes maximum payout limits per event and per day across the sportsbook. These limits are displayed within the platform. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit.

7.5 Void Bets. de777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, system fault, or data error. The Player will be notified of any void bet and the corresponding stake will be returned to their Account.

Amendments to These Terms

de777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, de777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the platform or via the email address registered to the Player's Account.
